Our Team

Mr. Scott Bradley

Mr. Bradley served as President for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties - Hawaii of Nrt, Inc. until March 2007. He oversaw Nrt, Inc. residential operations, including relocation, agent services, marketing, and acquisitions. He served as Partner of Pacific Access Mortgage and President of Bradley Properties, Ltd. He served as President of Hawaii Association of Realtors. He served as Treasurer of the Hawaii Historical Society. Mr. Bradley served as President of Honolulu Board of Realtors.

Mr. Bradley began his real estate career in 1984 as a sales associate for Bradley Properties, Ltd. Over his tenure with Bradley Properties, Ltd., he held positions in New Project Management, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and served as its President since 1992. Under his leadership, Bradley Properties, Ltd. expanded its reputation as a leader in upscale residential sales.

He serves as Chairman of the Agency Task Force. He served as Chairman of Coldwell Banker Franchisee Multi-Office Broker Group. He served as Chairman of Coldwell Banker Commercial Pacific Properties. He serves as Director of Hawaii Association of Realtors. He serves as Director Young President Organization, and is on the Board of Directors for the Hawaii Historical Society, American Red Cross-Hawaii, Hawaii Business Roundtable and Diamond Head Theatre. He served as Director of Pacific Access Mortgage. He served as Director of Honolulu Board of Realtors. He has been Member of Board of Advisors at Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, Ltd. since March 2007. Honors include: Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and the Pacific Business News’ 40 Under 40 —both awarded in 2000; 1991 Honolulu Board of Realtors Realtor Associate of the Year and Hawaii Association of Realtors 2002 Realtor of the Year. Mr. Bradley is also a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager. He graduated from Claremont McKenna College in California with a B.A. in Economics

Ms. Tracy Bradley

Tracy Bradley, president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawai’i Realty, has more than 30 years of real estate experience. A graduate of Hawaii Prepatory Academy and University of Denver, Tracy began her career in commericial real estate at Noris Beggs & Simpson San Francisco in 1986. In 1988, Bradley returned home to specialize in residential real estate sales at Bradley Properties. In 1999 after years of enjoying sales and management roles she developed the new agent training program (NATO) at Coldwell Banker that has trained many of Oahu’s top producing real estate agents. Bradley was then promoted to regional vice president of sales from 2006 through 2013, overseeing the sales division of the largest real estate firm in the state at that time. She left Coldwell Banker in 2013 to form T Bradley LLC. Over the course of her career, she has assisted thousands of local people in real estate careers, transactions, and helping people achieve their goals.

Tracy has two children. Jack, 23 who is currently living in CA and and Nichole, 23 who is currently living in Oregon. Tracy enjoys surfing, hiking with Boscoe (her American Bulldog), traveling, and has paddled the Ka Iwi Channel multiple times.

Mr. Herb Conley

Mr. Herbert N. Conley Jr. served as President and Co-Managing Director for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties Ltd., Hawaii of Nrt, LLC. Mr. Conley oversaw the six general brokerage sales offices and sales force of over 450 agents, as well as the new homes and projects division. Prior to real estate, he served as a Certified Public Accountant at Deloitte & Touche in both their Audit and Management Advisory Service Department.

He entered real estate in 1977. Since 1982, he served as President of Conley Dew, Ltd. Realtors. He has been a Member of Board of Advisors at Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, Ltd. and Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, Ltd. since March 2007. He served as a Director of both Hawaii Association of Realtors (HAR) and Honolulu Board of Realtors (HBR).

He is a Member and International Director of the Young President Organization. He holds the distinction of being the youngest individual invited to be an instructor for the Hawaii Association of Realtors. He holds the following designations: Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB).

Mr. Earl Lee

Mr. Earl Lee served as the Chief Executive Officer of Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Inc. Mr. Lee served as the Chief Executive Officer at HSF Affiliates LLC since October 2012 until December 31, 2014. Mr. Lee served as the President of Prudential Relocation Services, Inc. He served as President of Prudential Real Estate & Relocation Services Inc. from December 2008 to 2011. He served as the President of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates (PREA)until 2000 and Prudential Relocation since 2007 and Executive Vice President of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates (PREA) beginning in 1998.

Before joining Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, he served as Senior Vice President, Principal Broker and Partner of Prudential Locations LLC located in Hawaii. He has more than 40 years of real estate experience. Mr. Lee was instrumental in enhancing brand awareness, as well as initiating programs and tools to help the businesses exceed their customers' expectations.

He serves as a Director of Worldwide ERC(R), the international association for relocation professionals. He is a National Director for the Asian American Real Estate Association and a past National director for both the National Association of REALTORS(R) and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Honors: Inman named Earl to its 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders list 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 and Swanepoel Power 200 named him to their list in 2013, 2014 and 2015.

Mr. Richard Lim

Richard Lim is the president of Tradewind Capital Group, Inc. Prior to joining Tradewind, he was the Director of the Department of Business and Economic Development and Tourism for the State of Hawaii, a position he held from 2010 until 2014.

Mr. Lim has over 30 years of experience in banking, mortgage banking and private equity. He was a co-founder of Sennet Capital, a Hawaii based merchant banking firm that provides assistance to Hawaii companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital sourcing and strategic planning. Prior to Sennet, he was the president and chief operating officer of City Bank of Hawaii until its merger with Central Pacific Bank in 2004. Mr. Lim came to City Bank via its merger with International Holding Capital Corporation, the parent company for International Savings and Loan, where he was president and chief operating officer from 1987 to 1994.

Mr. Lim has been an active member of the community serving on numerous boards and commissions, including the Hawaii Institute of Public Affairs; the Korean American Foundation; the Hawaii Technology Development Venture Board; the National Energy Laboratory of Hawaii; the board of Governors for Chaminade University; the Planning Commission for the City and County of Honolulu; the Board of Parks and Recreation for the City and County of Honolulu; the Community Based Economic Development Board; HiBeam; UH Connections; Enterprise Honolulu; and Island Insurance Company, Ltd.

Beth Worrall Daily

A fifth-generation resident of Oahu, Beth knows the territory. In today’s complex transactions, a realtor’s knowledge and experience is more important than ever. Since 1979, Beth has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers, and has made customer satisfaction her #1 priority. After ten years establishing the Sotheby’s brand in Hawaii with her mother Mary Worrall, Beth is pleased to announce that she is now the Principal Broker with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.

Her skills in mediation and contractual matters are well respected industry-wide. In fact, Beth has served on the MLS Rules and Regulations Task Force, and has been a member of the Standard Forms Committee for over nine years. In this capacity, she actually helps write the forms that all Hawaiian real estate agents are required to use, as well as updating these forms to be in full compliance with new or changing state and national laws. That kind of knowledge can be invaluable in today’s complex negotiations.

Her expertise with contracts, as well as being able to anticipate problems and have solutions available are recognized in the real estate business throughout Hawaii. “Whether you talk to escrow officers, mortgage executives, surveyors or other agents, they all express the same level of respect and admiration for her,” says John Harris, in his nomination of Beth for the Aloha Aina Realtors Award. “Beth is an expert at navigating challenging transactions,” he adds. “She has sound practical judgement, with decades of experience. Beth was a partner/owner of Mary Worrall Associates Sotheby’s International Realty for ten years, and was also the Broker-in-Charge of this successful enterprise.

Karyn ShaunnessyKaryn Shaunnessy

In the state of Hawaii Karyn is licensed with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawai’i Realty she is a member of the Founder’s Group for her company and has built both a loyal following and an outstanding reputation. Besides her ability to understand people, she considers her loyalty and honesty key to her profession. Matt GabrielMatt Gabriel

Matt is a dedicated leader who is skilled in business coaching and guiding real estate transactions. He will also take on the role of Luxury Collection Director leading that group to grow their skillset, business, and company presence in Hawaii’s Luxury Market.

Matt joins Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices from Choi International where he hung his license for 16 years. He acted as Broker-in-Charge for the majority of his time there. Matt is a skilled professional, experienced in the international marketplace and a dynamic presence.

Outside of his real estate career, Matt enjoys travel, dining at some of Honolulu’s best restaurants and caring for his Frenchie, Truffle.


Danny StumpfDanny Stumpf

Danny Stumpf is the Director of Operations at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawaii Realty and his commitment to growth, success, training, and support for agents and staff put him at the center of what it means to be part of the BHHS Hawaii Realty ‘Ohana. Danny is dedicated to keeping our systems and operations running at the forefront of the real estate industry, allowing our agents to do the same for their clients.

Often wearing many hats, Danny has touched most parts of the business over his 14 years in real estate. Danny knows the industry having been an agent, trainer, office support staff, and accounting fields.  When BHHS Hawaii Realty was just getting started in 2015, Danny was the first hire and instrumental in getting the brokerage off the ground.

In addition to his real estate career, he runs a successful business with his partner which adds another layer of understanding in achieving success in a service and sales industry. Prior to entering the Real Estate field, Danny enjoyed a successful 2 plus decade career in the Banking industry both in Hawaii and on the East Coast.

Courtney CascanteCourtney Cascante

Courtney wants to live in a world filled with innovative businesses and leaders that inspire and motivate.  As a highly accomplished, results driven financial manager with over 15 years of business and management experience, she has worked and excelled in several areas including overseeing and constructing reliable control systems, budget cuts, enhancing retention, reducing costs, implementing controls for loss, improving revenues, advertising, marketing, several areas of human resources (and more) all to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.  When she’s not working hard to make business dreams become reality, you can find her volunteering at homeless shelters, working with the international coastal cleanup and trying to make the world a genuinely better place.



Kizzy CorbinKizzy Corbin

Kizzy Corbin is the Marketing Director of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawaiʻi Realty. She is the energetic force behind communicating the unparalleled quality of local leadership, strength of sales team and the brand message of internationally respected Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Kizzy finds inspiration in helping to build the business of each and every one of the agents she serves. She loves working in the dynamic real estate industry and strives to bring fresh thinking to the opportunities presented.

Kizzy is an alumni of Iolani School and Loyola Marymount University having graduated with a marketing emphasis in communication studies degree. Originally from Kahaluu, she spent 14 years in Los Angeles and New York working in marketing, advertising and sales. Most recently brand manager at global creative agency 72andSunny she worked on the google business for over 3 years making tv ads, websites, producing events and other projects for the tech company. Prior to that she handled marketing and sales at independent eyewear designer Illesteva and account management on Volkswagen at ad agency Deutsch inc. An adventurer at heart, Kizzy loves traveling to new places, is a yogi, hiker, beach bum and art and music lover. She’s currently channeling her creativity into her passion project with aloha design.
